Support our trails while promoting your business to the snowmobiling community!

Our board sponsorship program offers a unique and highly visible way to advertise. Your custom sign will be displayed on our trail groomer—our most prominent moving “billboard”—as well as at key events and trail locations throughout the season.

Displayed at our annual Steak Feed in August
Included in two Christmas parades
Shown on smaller boards at trail starting points

Board Size: 18” high × 23” long

Sponsorship Pricing

First Year:

$300 – Both sides of the board
$200 – One side of the board

Renewal (Annual):

$150 – Both sides
$100 – One side

Renewal Term: June 30 – July 1

Please submit renewals prior to July 1 to maintain active membership.

What’s Included with Your Sponsorship

All board sponsors are enrolled as a Commercial Member of the AWSC (Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs), which provides additional valuable benefits:

Discounted Trail Passes – Only $10 per snowmobile
Business listing in Wisconsin Snowmobile News (WSN) magazine (October, December, February issues)
Featured listing on the AWSC website for the duration of your membership

How to Get Started

To ensure timely processing:

Complete the sponsorship form in full
Submit your business artwork/logo for the board
Return all materials before the renewal deadline
